How to use swimming in freediving

In september 2019, I started searching and writting on the subject :
How to use swimming in freediving ?

I started my reflexion using the question : « what does matter in swimming ? »
I identify 3 main areas in swimming :

  • Technic (how to swim)
  • Body training – Physique (how to train the body)
  • Strategie/Tactique (how to prepare the mind)

From that I have establish the draft of a plan :

And there start a journey of swimming study in order to commute the scientific knowledge to freediving.
